The final process is melting and pouring the aluminum. All the effort and diligence over the week comes down to a few short hours to complete the tire mold casting process. The Jax team comes together from different parts of the shop to perform a pit crew type coordination to execute the pouring. We document all steps along the way as well as samples from each pour.
